| When you call | When the unit arrives | What to do |
|---|---|---|

| Weekday, after 12 PM | First thing the next morning | Book now so you are on the first route |
| Friday, after 12 PM | Saturday morning on many weekends | Ask when you call |
| Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM | Depends on the route that weekend | Call during Saturday hours |
| Sunday or after hours | Next business morning | Send the quote form so you are first in line |
What should you have ready when you call for a same-day unit?
Have 4 things ready when you call for a same-day porta potty. You need the full address, the gate code, the spot for the unit and the number of units. With those, the order takes about 5 minutes, and the truck can load right away.
- Address: the street address, or the nearest crossroad for rural land.
- Gate code: text it to the number you called.
- Placement: level, firm ground within about 50 feet of where the truck can park.
- Count: the number of people and hours, so we send enough units.
- A contact on site, if someone will be there.
What happens if you call after noon or on a Saturday?
An order placed after 12 PM on a weekday goes out on the first route the next morning. Saturday hours run from 8 AM to 2 PM, and a Saturday-morning drop is possible on many weekends. Calls on Sunday reach us through the quote form, and we call back Monday.
Have an event Saturday? Book by Friday noon, and we drop the units on Friday. See how renting works from booking to pickup.

Which emergencies need a porta potty the same day?
Five emergencies drive most same-day porta potty orders around Chattanooga. They are a supplier no-show, a septic failure, a water main break, a funeral, and an event that ran short on toilets. Each one gets the same rule: call by 12 PM on a weekday.
Supplier no-show
Your crew is on site and the units never came. Tell us the count, and we send our own truck.
Septic or sewer failure
Stop flushing indoors. We set a unit near the back door. See porta potty rental for homes.
Water main break
Offices, shops and homes without water need a unit until the line is fixed. A deluxe unit adds a sink.
Funeral or visitation
Family gatherings at a home or farm with too few bathrooms.
Event already underway
The crowd is bigger than planned and the lines are long. We add units to the cluster.
Job site inspection
An inspector is coming and the site has no toilet. Read our construction rental page.
How does the driver find the spot if nobody is there?
The driver finds the spot from your notes, so mark it with a cone, a ribbon or a chair before the truck arrives. The driver calls about 30 minutes ahead. Text any gate code and a photo of the spot, and the unit gets set level with the door facing where you asked.
You do not need to be home or on site.

Same-day delivery questions
How much is the same-day delivery fee?
The same-day fee runs $50 to $95, depending on how far the site is from our Tag Road yard. The rest of the price is the same as a normal booking. A standard weekend event unit runs $165 to $225. See the porta potty cost guide.
Our regular supplier didn't show up. Can you get one out today?
Call by 12 PM on a weekday, and we can usually have units on site that afternoon. Tell us how many units the crew or event needs and what the old supplier was supposed to drop. We send our own truck, not another hauler.
Our septic is backed up. How fast can you get here?
Call before noon on a weekday for a unit the same afternoon. After noon, it goes out first thing the next morning. Our septic backup guide covers what to do until it arrives.
What time will the driver show up?
Delivery routes run from 7 AM to 5 PM, and we do not promise an exact time. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving. Job sites can ask for a 2-hour window.
Do you need my exact address to give a price?
A ZIP code is enough for a ballpark price. The exact address sets the delivery line, since sites outside our core area pay a flat trip fee. We need the full address and a spot for the driver before the truck leaves.
Can you get a porta potty to a funeral or visitation today?
Funerals, visitations and family gatherings get the same same-day service: call by 12 PM on a weekday. Tell us the guest count and where cars will park. We set the unit away from the main gathering area.
I'm calling after noon on Friday. Is Saturday delivery possible?
A Saturday-morning drop is possible on many weekends. Call before our Friday 6 PM close, and we tell you right away if a Saturday route is running. If not, the unit goes out first thing Monday.
